Title: Compliance Communication & Process Manager

Location: Richmond VA

POSITION SUMMARY: The Compliance Communication & Process Manager will be responsible for supporting the VP, Corporate Compliance in specialized project management and oversight. This position will assist in the coordination and assessment of the policy and programmatic implications of Compliance activities and may function as a liaison within the organization. This role is a key coordinator of global compliance policy and process development and compliance education & training initiatives across the entire enterprise.


  • Promoting a strong code of ethics and integrity within a company's operations, including assisting VP, Corporate Compliance with preparation and implementation of policies
  • Point person to Interpret, update, create and formulate policies and procedures; and assure that policies and procedures adhere to current and updated regulations and industry practices.
  • Assess departmental and corporate education needs and initiate development of the department's education & training projects & programs
  • Create mechanism to assure education and training delivery to Indivior employees, contractors and agents globally and processes to tracking delivery and completion of the delivery of and educational content
  • Collaborate with internal business sponsors and the corporate Learning Management System (“LMS”) in delivery of compliance training programs, including new employee orientation, periodic training on specialized subjects, and annual refresher training as assigned, including maintaining employee certification and training attendance records
  • Review investigations, monitoring, and audit reports, to determine opportunities for policy updates or educational and training enhancements
  • Provide assistance to internal business owners in implementing and executing Third Party Due Diligence ("TPDD") process; along with managing process training and maintaining TPDD documentation and inventory files.


  • BS/BA Degree required, with focus on Health Care, Health Care Administration, business administration preferred
  • Compliance certification, either CHC or CCEP, is preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in either the pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing, including a minimum of 3 years in a healthcare compliance role.
  • Experience in running large/complex change initiatives and program management experience that includes scope definition, assessment and identification assumptions, dependencies, risks and issues
  • Detailed understanding of government regulations governing healthcare compliance programs.


  • Ability to be a consistent driver of the change management process
  • Strong project management skill set and a consistent driver of the change management process.
  • Ability to work closely and collaboratively with other business functions, with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse and demanding workload.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
